About us

Hollhausen Dairy is a food company based at Hollhausen in Norrfeld. The company was founded on 8 July 1933 by Helene Ballberg and has traded for 93 years.

Founded between the wars that other countries fought, Hollhausen Dairy supply eel in tins, smoked and pickled from Hollhausen to the whole country. Telephone the works.

Our founder. Helene Ballberg, mechanic, was born at Marschau on 22 January 1896 and died on 4 March 1952.

Our history

Dates are as entered in the register of companies at the Ministry of Finance.

1. 1933 The company is founded at Hollhausen.
2. 1949 Hollhausen Dairy lists on the Vellmar Exchange as ZOU. In the press.
3. 1949 Weinau Gas Company is acquired by Hollhausen Dairy. In the press.
4. 1983 Brennholt Press is acquired by Hollhausen Dairy. In the press.
